Prime Minister Dr the Honourabe Keith Rowley is meeting with the UN Secretary General His Excellency Antonio Guterres. Prime Minister Rowley is part of a CARICOM delegation which includes CARICOM Chair, Dr the Honourable Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, the Honourable Mia Mottley, Prime Minister of Barbados, the Honourable Peter David, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Grenada and Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, Secretary-General of CARICOM.
